스페인 카탈루냐 무역투자청 (Catalonia Trade & Investment) 인턴 모집

카탈루냐는 스페인을 구성하고 있는 17개의 자치 주 중, 경제/산업의 중심 주로 바르셀로나를 주의 수도로 하며, 스페인 북동부에 위치하고 있습니다. 스페인 전체 GDP의 20%를 차지할 만큼 스페인 경제에 큰 비중을 차지하여 주정부 자체적으로 무역투자청을 설치, 운영하고 있습니다. 카탈루냐 무역투자청 한국사무소는 비영리 정부 기관으로, 서울에 위치하고 있으며, 카탈루냐 기업의 비즈니스에 필요한 사항을 지원하고 있습니다.

저희 스페인 카탈루냐 무역투자청 한국 사무소에서는 아래와 같이 인턴을 모집하고 있습니다.

1. 근무기간: 2021.3 - 2021.8 (총 6개월, 기간 협의 가능) / 일 최소 4시간 (주 5일, 시간 협의 가능)

2. 근무지: 서울시 종로구 종로1길 이마빌딩

(정부 지침 및 사내 규정에 따라, 재택 근무가 진행될 수 있습니다.)

3. 지원자격: 전공 무관이나 상경계열 (경영, 경제, 국제통상 등) 전공 선호, 한국어 유창, 스페인어나 영어로 의사소통 가능한 3, 4학년 재학생 또는 휴학생. (졸업예정자 가능)

About us:

Catalonia Trade & Investment is a governmental agency dedicated to helping Catalan companies, startups and technology centers compete globally. Our endeavor is to foster internationalization, innovation and promote inward investment to Barcelona and Catalonia. We count with 40 branch offices worldwide, covering a range of 100 markets and our headquarters are in Barcelona City. We offer fieldbased trade, investment and innovation counselling and advocacy and customized solutions to enter markets.

Program Details:

- Position: Intern.

- Number of Recruits: 1 person.

- Location: Leema Bldg, 42, Jong-ro 1-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul, 03152, Republic of Korea.

     § Following the Government safety guidelines and our internal protocols, teleworking may be required.

- Work Hours: Monday to Friday. Flexible (minimum of 4 hours per day).

- Duration: From 2 March 2021 (from 3 to 6 months).

     § Work hours and Duration could be negotiated during the interview.

- Compensation: This position is voluntary and unpaid.

- Academic Credit: Internships are adjunct to an applicant’s education, and the student may earn academic credit for this experience depending on his/her university’s policy. Please contact us directly to verify the eligibility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- An internship with the Korea Office of Catalonia Trade & Investment offers the opportunity to become familiar with project-based filed work of international business.

- The intern helps organize and implement a project, helps with research and reporting requirements, data entry and communicating with companies in Korea.

- The Internship Program aims to provide university seniors with “hands-on” experience working for Catalan and Korean companies.

- The program is uncompensated and designed to encourage students to consider careers in the international business field.

Requirements:

- University student majoring in Business Administration/Economics is preferable.

- Legally eligible to work in Korea.

- Excellent writing and communication skills.

     § Fluent in Korean.

     § English or Spanish in the communication level is required.

- Proficiency in using MS Office.

- Good organization and time management.

- Capable of working efficiently and effectively under minimal supervision.

- With a positive work attitude and able to communicate well with colleagues and clients.

     § Please note that our internship program requires a cooperation agreement (MOU, etc.) with your university. It is under your responsibility to check this issue with your university and initiate this procedure if needed.

- Internal Revision: Feb 8 - 14, 2021

- Invitation to Interview: Feb 15, 2021

- Interviews: Feb 18 - 19, 2021

- Certificate of Enrollment (Korean).

- Recommendation Letter (Korean) from a supervisor, tutor, professor, dean of the faculty, or previous employer. This document is not mandatory but desirable.
