content creators with the aim of building highly engaged audiences, influencer activations and
insights to our customers.
Working with one of the world's most well known and leading technology brands, we are looking
to recruit for a specialist part-time Community Manager for South Korea who specialises in the
gaming industry and understands building gaming community to manage their social channels,
opportunities and fan engagement and support.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Manage, contribute and publish content calendar ensuring content is localised and relevant to your local country
- Provide general community engagement, answering questions and creating positive customer experiences
- Identify and engage fans and influencers who talk about the customer products
- Identify and direct sales opportunities
- Measure the effectiveness of your social activities, conversions and activities
- Overall drive positive follower growth, engagement, sentiment and leads
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years social media experience in Social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Mixer, Twitch, Discord)
- Knowledge and experience in the Korean gaming industry and have a finger on the pulse of global gaming trends
- Sprinklr or publishing tool experience an advantage
- Must have strong English and Korean language skill (verbal and written)
You will be working as part of a customer success team, working closely with the Social Command Center Manager, goto.game gaming experts and other community engagement specialists placed locally in Asia.
