1. Position : Project Manager (Permanent)
2. Job Description :
Reporting to the President, the successful candidate will add value to the execution of Bayer CropScience’s corporate strategies to achieve long term vision and target. This role drives organizational change for implementing strategy and enforces organizational capability in strategy definition as well as objective and initiative definition. Also it enhances project management throughout the organization and linkage of operation and strategy planning cycle. The Project Manager will ;
· Support management in developing and articulation of Strategy
· Develop, implement, review and report on the corporate Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
· Strategic Communication with Manager in charge of each project
· Support management in reviewing and adapt Corporate Strategy
· Link operational planning and Strategy review cycle
· Enforce professional project management & manage key strategic initiatives
3. Key requirements:
· At least 3 year experiences in Project/Strategic Management
· Excellent analytical and strategic management skills
· Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
· Graduate business degree or other advance degree such as MBA is highly desirable
· Having success in executing strategy with Balanced Scorecard(BSC) - desirable
· Excellent computer proficiency including standard software (MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint) and Knowledge of project management software (e.g. MS Project) – desirable
· Substantial experience in working in a multi functional and/or multi cultural teams having well developed social, communication and diplomacy skills to effectively network and partner with stakeholders
