The Graduate Programme is delivered in ING Wholesale Banking Korea.
The programme targets three areas of development:

The Gradudate Programme puts you in the driving seat of your career from day one. You take charge of shaping your professional direction, but you won’t be doing it alone. Along with a personal talent manager to help guide your decisions. You’ll also be supported to complete recognised banking qualifications.
Make impactful decisions
We’re seeking future leaders who have the initiative and drive to take on big challenges. Right from the start, you’ll be contributing to real projects that matter to ING and our customers. Expect to be challenged and inspired in equal measure.
For 2017, Graduate Programme is offering Trainee position based in Korea.
ING Wholesale Banking is a global financial institution with a strong European base, offering banking services through its operating company ING Wholesale Banking. The purpose of ING Wholesale Banking is empowering people to stay a step ahead in life and in business. ING Bank's 51,000 employees offer retail and wholesale banking services to customers in over 40 countries.
Our clients in this arena are businesses, governments and financial institutions. We analyse their business and get to the heart of their financial requirements, acting as a trusted advisor. We then apply our local knowledge along with our global expertise in order to provide them with financial solutions which enable effective global operations. This requires the ability to connect the dots, the drive to achieve challenging objectives and the determination to make things happen.
As a starting point, you should have a recent Master or Bachelor degree.
