  1. Programme Overview
 
The Graduate Programme is delivered in ING Wholesale Banking Korea.
 
The programme targets three areas of development:
  • Personal Growth: take control of your destiny and build skills for life in leadership, interpersonal communication and effective collaboration
  • Professional Development: get deep, hands-on expertise in the track of your choice
  • Banking skills: gain an in-depth understanding of ING operations and the banking industry, acquiring international banking certifications along the way

The Gradudate Programme puts you in the driving seat of your career from day one. You take charge of shaping your professional direction, but you won’t be doing it alone. For 2017, Graduate Programme is offering Trainee position based in Korea.

  1. Who are we looking for?
 
As a starting point, you should have a recent Master or Bachelor degree.
 
We look for people who:

  • Highly ambitious, pro-active and entrepreneurial
  • Are eager to learn, are proactive and can translate smart ideas into results
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Korean
