BDA Partners – Senior Associate – Cross-border M&A Advisory
BDA Partners (“BDA”) is a New York based investment banking firm that advises on international mergers and acquisitions, distressed situations, private placement, capital raisings, valuations and financial restructurings. We specialize in cross-border M&A transactions involving Asia including the Middle East with enterprise values up to US$500m. We have a strong track record advising North American, European, and Asian firms on cross-border transactions. We have offices and professional staff throughout Asia, and in the US and Europe. BDA Seoul office is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Senior Associate.
Qualifications
Proficiency in both verbal and written English
2-3 years of M&A or equivalent working experience with high interest in M&A
Strong analytical and numerical skills with knowledge of general accounting and finance principles
Proven team player with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities
Self-directed, highly motivated and able to work independently
Strong working knowledge on Excel and Powerpoint
Responsibilities
Associates are assigned to a variety of projects and are given a broad range of responsibilities including creating client marketing materials, conducting industry and company-specific research and due diligence related to transactions, preparing marketing materials including memorandum for sale process, modeling and valuation, and other various works for successful marketing and execution of transactions.

- Project Team에 투입되어 프로젝트 수행
- Pitch 단계 마케팅 자료 작성
- 마케팅 및 프로젝트 단계에서 회사 및 산업 관련 각종 정보 수집, 리서치 및 실사 업무 수행
- 매각 프로세스 시 필요한 Memorandum 및 각종 자료 준비
- Modeling 및 Valuation 업무
6. 지원 자격
- 2~3년 유관 업무 경험자 및Cross-border M&A 업무에 관심이 많은 자
- Self-motivated 되어있으며, 배움에 대한 열망이 강한 자
- MBA 재학생 또는 졸업생
- 엑셀 및 PPT 사용에 능숙한 자
- 영어 (말하기/쓰기)에 어려움이 없는 자
- 한국에서 근무하는 데 법적 문제가 없는 자
