Main Responsibilities
 
  • Support the management team with insightful knowledge of the Korea travel market, competitive landscape and strengthen Ctrip’s Korea marketing strategy.
  • Prepare market analysis and design the marketing plan, and execute sales & promotion activitiestargeting the Korea market, thus to help the business expansion and localization.
  • Explore all kinds of partnerships in Korea local market to recruit new customers and build the brand name among Korea travelers.
  • Develop strategic travel product resources, and collaborate with the product team in headquarter to design and market the most suitable travel products for Singapore and South East Asia travelers.
  • Lead the Korea sales driven marketing activities, ensure actual contribution to new user acquisition and bookings, having ROI in mind
  • Collaborate with the product teams to sell appropriate hotels and air tickets to the Korea market to increase the sales and market penetration
Desired Skills and Experiences
  • Qualified candidate would be passionate in new business and market development, know very well about the travel and close relative market, and be perceptive in finding the new market opportunities.
  • Experiences of starting a high-tech business would be highly preferred,have entrepreneurship and drive to succeed.
  • Know well about the various travel products in Korea market and good at finding the pain points and product innovation, for Korean travelers basing on consumer insight.
  • Familiar with Marketing channels (both online and offline) in Korean travel industry;
  • Financial and data analysis experience to understand key metrics, travel trends & customer's requirement
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and complete tasks under pressure and high demand
  • Fluent in English, and ability to communicate in Chinese or other Southeast Asian dialects will be a plus
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, Finance, or related field of study. Willingness to travel when necessary
