Role Purpose
The Marketing and Communications Intern will be responsible for assisting the Asia marketing team in the below responsibilities timely with minimum error/rework.
Responsibilities
Creative Services
- Adapt and edit global digital banners for digital display banners, social media, social media contest images
- Upload trailers on 2K Asia Channel and Social Channels such as FB page
- Send out trailers to respective local agencies
- Insert subtitle on trailers via SRT/SMI when needed
- Check daily FB activities and KOR fans’ response & comments
- Assist in preparation and execution of Trade, PR and Consumers events
- Assist in testing game demo build for events
- Collate translation requests for Marketing and Communications Press and Social assets
- Review translated documents and terms in localization (KOR/EN speaking person)
- Have a good understanding of gaming terms and languages used in the gaming community
- Review 2K blog posts in KOR on official sites.
- Collate weekly Excel PR coverage report in collaboration with the PR agency
- Collate Key announcement Word PR coverage report in collaboration with the PR agency
- Collate tonal analysis for hands-on, preview and review in collaboration with the PR agency
- Send out media review copies and gifts
Key Requirements
- Students from Design and/or Marketing Communication course
- Good communication skill both written and spoken in Korean and English
- Knowledge of Photoshop desired
- Able to edit, encode video and add subtitle via SRT/SMI
- Keen interest in game industry
- Enthusiastic and willingness to learn and contribute
- Good understanding in social media management
