1.Job Description
- Drive business initiatives and grow the Trustee business in Korea through client-centric relationship management as well as
consultative-led approach.
- Be responsible for marketing-related activities of Trustee so as to further strengthen market positioning and HSBC brand equity.
- Preparation of comprehensive and timely responses to RFP and similar documents.
- Provide clients with high quality service by maintaining a good working relationship and responding to enquiries in
a timely manner, which meets the clients’ expectations.
- Maintain a pro-active customer service culture within trustee for both internal and external customers, resolving clients’
complaints and providing them with relevant information accurately and promptly, and using experience to solve problems
and make right decisions in order to achieve client satisfaction and developing the level of service for customers.
- Create a team environment which motivates and supports staff in the achievement of their personal development goals,
and supporting members by coaching, guiding or counseling whenever needs arise.
- Work with the team to establish a dynamic work environment that promotes Staff development to ensure staff retention.
2. Qualification
- Extensive knowledge of Trustee business with at least 5 years experience as a sales manager
- Excellent range of communication skills with at least 1 year experience in customer service area and ability to build
and maintain effective customer relationships and to understand anticipate and respond effectively to client's needs by
providing the highest quality customer services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and finding logical solutions to problems. Strong leadership and team motivational skills
- MBA Degree is preferred
- Related field or equivalent work experience of at least 5 years.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Korean, including the ability to translate Korean documents
into English and dealing with internal/external stakeholders.
