2. Position
Marketing Associate will work on the Asia Relationship Management team and will be responsible for supporting Senior Relationship Managers in 1) sales of the firm’s various asset classes, including tradable credit (core credit and alternative credit), direct lending, private equity and real estate funds and 2) supporting and maintain existing investor relationships in Asia. He/she will also be responsible for leveraging internal resources in support of business objectives and handling day-to-day requests and inquiries from investors.

Respond to investor inquiries and data requests

Develop methodology for tracking client contacts and meetings with investors and potential investors through the CRM system. Keep current at all times.

Provide research on potential opportunities, sectors, industry trends, etc.

Provide daily support to senior relationship managers in the region

Work with Investor Relations team to generate customized materials for investors

Develop systemic approach and organize current activities to streamline current activities and prepare for future growth
- Over time, begin to develop business relationships with the investor community and conduct marketing efforts on behalf of the region, help build investor base
- Promotion and enhance Ares’ profile through industry conferences and delivery of best practicesPromote
4. Qualification
Education: Finance or Business Degree preferred, Post Graduate Degree preferred
Experience Required: 1 or 2 years experience in financial industry preferred
