Job description:

•  Specialize in the HR function of talent acquisition and be in a position of empowerment to advise mid-senior candidates (managers, VPs, Director & C-suite) on their career development and aspirations
•  Handle 360 degree recruitment beginning from sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to offer and salary negotiation stage
•  Business partnering with hiring managers in order to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of their recruitment needs
•  Understand the business models, operations, financial goals, competitive market position and talent strategy of clients
•  Reinforce skillsets in business development, networking, and relationship building
