2. Purpose of the Job
This Person will be responsible for :
Integrate and deliver IT projects with strong partnership with Sales counterparts to maximize business capabilities at the right quality and cost while minimizing risks

2. Purpose of the Job
This Person will be responsible for :

4. Accountabilities
Responsible for Sales system demand, delivery and operation
- Understanding and resolving customer needs and issues
- Strong teamwork with business users and co-workers
- A good understanding of CRM, Sales process and analytics for demand and delivery
- Challenge/Adopt for emerging technologies (IoT, Big data, Smart things etc.)
IT Project management
- Demand & Delivery management
- Project governance and methodology to implement
- Resource planning and risk/issue management
IT services based on ITIL
- Drive Global/Local IT projects with deep relationships with APAC/global project team
- A good communication skill in both language, Korean and English
5. Qualifications and Technical competencies required
Education
- Business administration BS degree, Computer Science or Statistics background desired
Experience
- Proven track record of building deep CRM projects
- Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts
- Problem-solving with internal and/or external resources
- 5+ years of success in technical projects and deployment projects (where necessary, managing
various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solution/projects
- 5+ years of architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications
(Having a business sense for ensuring no business disruption, reliability, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in CRM project
- Oversight experience on major transformation projects and successful transitions to implementation support teams
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
-Prior work experience in IT consulting firm(Accenture, IBM, Oracle, Samsung SDS, LG CNS etc.) or International companies(GE, J&J, P&G, Samsung, LG etc.)
- Effective business communication skill on project delivery

- Web/Mobile Application(System)
- Statistics and Analytics
- Understanding of IT trends
