1. Position: Client Value Enhancement (CVE) Executive (인턴 또는 신입)
2. Responsibilities
You are a likable and perceptive individual with a natural ability to build instant rapport with people, even over the phone. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that they receive maximum value from our services in the after-sales process by demonstrating the value of our capabilities and being a solution finder and resource for clients. Responsibilities include conducting website demos over the phone or in-person, responding to queries, scheduling meetings, as well as related administrative tasks. You will also actively keep our clients informed of new content and other offerings. Through your one-to-one relationships with our clients, you will proactively identify needs and challenges to generate leads for the account manager
3. Requirements
·Diploma/Degree in any discipline, with minimum of 1 year of service experience
·Professional and polished demeanor over the phone, email and in-person.
·Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills
·Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
·Highly organized working style with good time management skills
·Dedication to client satisfaction
