Job Title: Plant Director - Korea
Reports to: Supply Director

SUMMARY   
  Based on company policy, Plant Director manages all factory-related jobs including production, production planning, engineering, maintenance, HSE, products quality in process, people management and labour union management. Also should supply good quality goods to our customers with lowest price at fittest time.

Key CHallenges

• Ensure keeping factory improved with annual plan. 
• Ensures the delivery of the five pillars of RB Supply namely Service, Quality, Gross Margin, Innovation and Return on Capital Employed. 
• Implement improvement plan continuously. 
• Benchmark other companies for achieving world-best factory in RB. 
• Keep managing KPIs with top level. 
• Upgrade quality to consumers’ satisfaction and deliver COP. 
• Achieve zero accident in factory 
• Organize best performance team in RB system. 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in household business and in production, quality, engineering and HSE dept. 
• Good knowledge in factory cost analysis 
• The business language in Reckitt Benckiser is English, therefore fluency in English is essential. 
• Proactive in achieving targets and committing the jobs.
