Due to continued business growth, we are currently seeking for a Graduate Trainee to support the Central team of Commodities and Financial Markets of Macquarie in Singapore to cover mainly the Korean markets and other Asian countries. Therefore, Korean language is essential for this opportunity. The Graduate Trainee will work closely with the Head of the Structured Solutions in our Singapore office.
The key responsibilities include:
Structuring and pricing of transactions
Market analysis of existing markets to clients
Working on specific projects depending on business needs
Administrative tasks with responsibility for specific daily or weekly tasks
Opportunity to gain products knowledge in structured products
The successful candidate will have:
This specific team will cover the Korean markets and Korean-speaking clients so proficiency in Korean language is essential
Relevant education background in Financial Engineering or other relevant studies are recommended
Background and/or interest in Commodities and Financial Markets are highly regarded.
Advanced level of skill and knowledge in Microsoft Excel
1-2 years of work experience in the financial markets or recent graduates are welcome to apply
Basic industry knowledge, especially in commodities/structured products
