Job title: Customer Strategy Assistant Manager (과장급) / Sales Planning, Trade Marketing Report to: Customer Strategy Manager Sector: VisionCare [Summary] Develops Customer Strategy under Sales Department to meet customer needs and support sales growth. Leads Sales Strategy & Execution Plans to win in competition with share gain. Leads Shopper Marketing and Category Management for innovation and new capability development. [Roles & Responsibilities] - Collect & analyze sales performance and market/customer insights by channel/region - Fully understand the market environment and internal/external goals & needs to translate them into commercial solutions - Work closely with related functions (Sales, Sales Force Effectiveness, Marketing, Professional Affairs) on trade programs, customer marketing plans, and POA - Manage sales supporting tools and systems such as POSM site, XLIG and KIOSK Key Accountabilities - Lead Sales Strategy & Execution Plans, mainly on national trade promotions and commercial programs (BPA), in line with business/function priorities - Lead Shopper Marketing focusing on in-store programs and Category Management linked with inventory management project [Requirements] - Bachelor’s degrees or above (major in Marketing/Business is preferred) - min 5 years of experiences in sales planning or trade/customer marketing is preferred.
