Job Function : Sales & Marketing
Description:
- 0-3 years of marketing & Sales leadership experience in Medical Devices
- Proven Innovative and Entrepreneurial business acumen
Responsibilities:
- Drives and supports revenue growth, pricing and profitability of business areas
- Monitoring and influencing the market dynamics in the country (reimbursement / competitors / customer group levels / government, KOL’s (Key Opinion Leaders)) with planning & execution of market analysis & survey
- Executes the global strategy, global agenda and value propositions in line with local market dynamics.
- Responsible for all product promotion campaign with accountability for signing off all marketing and promotional material.
- Liaises with the sales force, our professional customers & end users, in addition to offering internal input to market and competitive developments.
- Responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the revenue/marketing forecasts including marketing expenses & launch programs.
- Ensure marketing activity is allocated in line with agreed forecast.
- Grow the capability of the sales & CARE team in professional knowledge about products, industries & therapeutic areas
- Provides direction, manages and develops the marketing, medical teams and consumer care (GRACE) in the development and implementation of new product launches, campaigns and education programs
Requirements:
- Undergraduate/Graduate students who can start working from March 2015.
- BS/BA in pure science, Business or Marketing preferred.
- Extensive Marketing or sales experience
- Fluent English – written and spoken
- Sales experience in related business preferred
- Previous leadership experience is essential
- Demonstrated results in executing strategic plans, action items and tasks to further the company’s short- and long-term objectives. Results-oriented. Can lead others to execute successfully.
- Understands and can articulate/communicate key competitor’s differentiating factors, strategic initiatives, competitive positioning, pricing, market share. etc.
- Demonstrates excellence in oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing staff
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency required.
