International Medical Group, Inc. is seeking an ambitious, energetic and strategic Sales Director to join an elite Sales department focused on aggressive market growth. The Sales Director will be responsible for growing and managing three distribution channels and the Account Executives who manage the distributor relationships within those channels. The Sales Director will have full accountability for achieving assigned revenue growth targets. Candidate must have proven results and success in prior Sales management roles, sales employee coaching skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, must be organized and have a strategic point of view. Director will report to the Vice President of International Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets by achieving new business sales and retaining existing business.
- Provide leadership to a team of Sales Account Executives, with the overarching goal of meeting revenue targets, coaching and motivating team, creating and fostering an environment of professionalism and excellence in delivery of service and support.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies resulting in new business growth and business retention.
- Relationship management-proactively build effective, strategic relationships with insurance producers and key distribution partners
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of key performance indicator and return on investment analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (or career experience equivalent) and 3+ years Sales leadership experience
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue budget goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks under time constraints;
- Creative, innovative and positive thinker
- Sales insurance license or ability to obtain license within 90 days of hire date.
- Ability to travel as needed, no more than 30% of time.
