International Medical Group, Inc. is seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales Account Executive to join an elite Sales department focused on aggressive market growth.  This position is responsible for growing and maintaining the revenue from an assigned territory composed of independent insurance producers and key distributor partners who offer international health insurance products.  The Account Executive will have full accountability for achieving assigned growth targets and other key performance indicator targets.  Candidate must possess needs based consultative sales skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills and have proven results in achieving revenue goals.  

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed assigned territory revenue goals by achieving new business and retaining existing business.  
  • Proactively build and maintain strategic relationships with insurance producers, distribution partners and key contacts primarily via telephone, with the primary purpose of achieving assigned revenue goals.   
  • Utilize needs based consultative selling techniques to create new revenue and retain existing revenue in assigned territory.  
  • Create and deliver presentations to insurance producers, employers and other key stakeholders at industry functions, business meetings and other events to both develop new business sources and retain existing business.  
  • Understands and positions the strengths and vulnerabilities of each of International Medical Group, Inc. major competitors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (or career experience equivalent) and 2+ years of successful sales experience.
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding revenue goals.  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written ) skills
  • Sales insurance license or ability to obtain a license within 90 days of hire date.
  • Professionalism, a focus on delivering excellence in all efforts and a positive attitude.  
  • Ability to travel as needed, no more than 25% of time.
