We are currently seeking an Analyst / Associate to join Macquarie Capital Group in Seoul, Korea.

In this role you will be responsible for: 

• Development and interpretation of financial models
• Detailed analytical and numerical analysis
• Financial structuring
• Preparation of bid and transaction documentation and presentations
• Analysis of market dynamics for companies operating across the whole of Asia
• Production of written reports
• Furthering business development opportunities

Key skills and knowledge areas required:

• Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Be highly numerate with exceptional financial analysis and modelling skills
• Detail-oriented and analytical quick learner, who works well under pressure
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
• Have previous experience of 1-5 years in Corporate Finance and/or M&A at a recognized investment bank
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent spreadsheet skills including exposure to cash flow and ratio analysis
• Relevant certificate (e.g. CFA) holders are preferred
• Qualifications in finance, commerce, accounting, law or related disciplines  
• Be a team player
• Fluency English and Korean written and verbal skills is essential
