Christian Dior Couture 인사부에서 HR 업무를 Support 할 Internship 을 모집하고 있습니다

Christian Dior Couture 의 HR 업무 지원

Recruitment (35% of HR duties)
- Preparing and sorting out administrative tasks related to recruitment for Retail Field
- Proactively researching an external database of talented, qualified candidates
- Compiling shortlist of strongest candidates

Training (35% of HR duties)
- Assist in conducting training
- Coordinate specific activities for employee training and development programs.
- Assist in developing educational contents
- Responsible for record keeping, documentation, filing contents & materials
- Well communicate with local related function and employees
- Maintain records of training to provide accurate information

Compensation & Benefit (30% of HR duties)
- Supporting overall monthly payroll process
- Supporting benefit program implementation
- HR data analysis
- Documental supports

- BA in Business Administration or equivalent Organizational Development Skills.
- Proficiency in personal computer (Power Point, Excel, MS-Word)
- Good interpersonal skills, written communication skills, accuracy, detail orientated
- Good in English with strong communication skills
- Confidential & Strong relationship, good manner, and good chemistry.

커리어수준 : 학생/신입(2년 이내)

급여사항 : 면접 후 협의
