▶ 담당업무
- Owning the day-to-day business and technical operations the role will serve as a super user and administrator for the various web application and systems that support the web operation
- Responsible for the release of site content, fraud management, site availability, production releases and system testing, as well as managing and supporting improvement projects to increase traffic and drive conversation rates whilst working effectively cross functionally with other departments within the ecommerce function
▶ 지원자격
- Understanding of Agile methodologies used to develop web improvements
- Significant experience on a transactional website and educated to degree level
- Previous experience working and understanding the many ecommerce functions
- Talent for leading user acceptance testing, discovering and documenting bugs, and tracking bugs to resolution
- Experience of monitoring and continually improving customer experience on the site
- Bi-lingual – English & Korean
* 전자상거래 경험 보유 및 영어 중급 이상(필수)
