[Microsoft Korea] MACH (Microsoft Academy of College Hires) – MBA 채용

 

1. MACH :
The Microsoft Academy for College Hires (MACH) is an accelerated career development program designed to cultivate your talent using training, mentoring and community support.

 

2. Eligibility :
- Have completed or on track to complete their MBA program by the time of hire. 
-  Have no more than 7 years combined work experience prior to attaining their full time study MBA degree
-  Within 6 months following graduation from their MBA program
- Have not been employed at Microsoft for more than 365 days before MBA MACH consideration
-  Students who have completed their MBA program on a part time basis also eligible (Please note this does not extend to Executive MBA programs.)
 

3.  MACH MBA Positions :

1) Sales :
Our Sales teams bring our products and services to audiences all of the world. They are dedicated to getting the message out there to our customers. 4. Qualification :
-  We are looking for the following unique skills and qualifications:
•      Meeting above eligibility is MUST
•      Leadership experience
•      Excellent communication and presentation skills
•      Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects whilst paying strict attention to detail.
•      Proactive, independent worker with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others.
•      Understanding, and genuine excitement for, Microsoft's vision.
•      IT industry / Multinational company experience preferred
