About the Job
We are searching for the leader that will help us revolutionize the taxi industry in South Korea!
The project is extremely ambitious and the road is full of exciting challenges. As Country Manager, you will lead the development and growth of Easy Taxi in South Korea, starting in Seou, Yeosu and Kwang-Ju cities. You will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of the product, by drivers and passengers.

Who we´re looking for
After earning your outstanding degree at a top university, you will have gained first work experience in a top-tier consulting firm or investment banking. Moreover, you have a proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements. Beyond your managerial skills, you have strong structuring and analytical skills with the ability to set up efficient business processes and manage P&L. You have a good knowledge of the internet sector. Your high drive and ambition to perform is evident. Independence, flexibility and speed are as important to you as geographical mobility and international experience. Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve goals in a fast paced environment complete your profile. The ideal candidate speaks Indonesian on a native level and has strong communication skills in English.

As Country Manager of Easy Taxi you will:
- Collaborate with Easy Taxi's founders and HQ team to define and deploy the strategy
- Set up the office/s and build a dynamic team and travel to oversee local operations
- Initiate creative marketing strategies for drivers and passengers growth
- Organize work processes and result measurements
- Manage the country’s finance to prioritize investments
- Represent Easy Taxi at local events and PR
- Manage local regulatory concerns and local politics
- Follow all legal and accounting guidelines for the proper operation

Finance Manager Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable functions for the company
- Monitor and record company expenses through cashflow
- Ensure compliance with accounting deadlines
- Prepare monthly financial statements such as Trading, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet, journal entries and month end closing documents
- Prepare bank reconciliation monthly and Administer online banking functions
- Prepare company accounts and tax returns for audit
- Perform cash deposits and cheques duties at banks
- Perform petty cash duties such as checking claim details and paying disbursements
- Generate budgets and forecasts on a monthly basis.
- Report on variances in costing reports.
- Prepare annual company accounts and reports.
- Diploma/Degree holders in Accounting or related fields
- 2~3 years experience in related field
