제이피모간자산운용코리아(주)에서 아래와 같이 직원을 채용하고자 합니다.
Open Position
Fund Operations Specialist: Maternity back up (7months)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review daily NAV and profit and loss of funds
- Support fund administration by interfacing with fund administrator, trustee and other internal/external parties
- Perform daily cash reconciliation
- Perform the daily/weekly/monthly securities reconciliation
- Reconcile executed trade details with record in the fund accounting system
- Handle & check details of corporate actions
- Monitor trades for failed/delayed settlement and confirm settlement for trades with global parties
- Monitor and update funds’ expenses
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and management reports
- Liaise with overseas offices for operation flows of delegated funds
- Support system enhancement and assist in ongoing development
- Others related to operational tasks
QUALIFICATION
- 1 - 5 years experience in related position, preferably with experience in fund accounting and fund operation
- Attention to detail in all aspects for service delivery and documentation
- General understanding and knowledge of investment product and fund management is preferred
- Flexible & organized team player and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and fluent in both Korean and English
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Able to work independently, show initiative, and take responsibility for completion of duties
