HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT DIVISION - ANALYST - SEOUL
Job Summary & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Korea Head of HCM, this role will be critical in providing extensive HR solutions and services to the Seoul Office.Responsibilities include:
• Managing and coordinating HCM administrative and reporting functions including regulatory reporting, benefits administration, compensation administration, HCM documentation and audit preparations and business license preparation
• Working closely with the divisions in the Seoul office on all their HCM issues both at the individual and team level to develop a good understanding of their businesses, in terms of issues and people • Working closely with the Korea Head of HCM in Seoul office and the relevant experts in HCM offshore to provide the most appropriate solutions/initiatives to the Seoul office.
• Assignment to projects/programs and ensure that the Seoul office’s efforts are integrated into a global and Asia wide HCM strategy
Basic Qualifications
• Junior or Intermediate HR professional with 2+ years of experience covering all aspects of HR (recruiting, training, compensation and benefits)• Ability to partner with clients and colleagues through solid communication and relationship management skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Need to be hands on and interact with regional and global teams
• Proactive in problem solving and analytical skills
• Results-oriented – ability to handle multiple, time sensitive projects while focusing on the timely delivery of quality work to clients
• Must be a team player as well as have the ability to adapt to multiple business partners and cultures
• Mature, service-oriented and possesses a 'can-do' attitude
• Fluency in written and spoken Korean is required
