1. Provide general Support to DF Merchandiser:
- Consolidate stock proposal files.
- Check the missing stock before finalizing the proposal.
- Prepare the ending stock file. (Check & update the DF price)

2. Be in charge of DF operator’s ERP system:
: DF validation
- Update the firm-offer/retail price/payment request in operator’s system
- Register the invoice and B/L information for stock supply.
- Prepare and provide Final Invoice.

: BTQ transfer
- Register the internal BTQ transfer and follow up. (Lotte, Shilla)

: Return in DF
- Consolidate the return request from boutiques.
- Change the quality status in NSI system.
- Resister the return request operator’s ERP system.

: New price implementation
- Upload price file before the new price implementation.

Job Requirements

- Previous experience in Retail(as assistant, coordinator) would be appreciated
- Luxury fashion or cosmetic brand background preferred
- Good at office work(MS-office, etc.)
- Good in English (mandatory)
- Positive mindset and diligent character would be preferred
