Responsibilities include:

·         Business Development - Pitch, build and manage accounts with effective service delivery for results and provide professional consultation on specific talent markets

·         Project Delivery - As business partners to conduct and lead in industry insights and to scout for candidates locally and regionally for our client

·         Conduct and lead in industry insights through engagement of talent pool locally and regionally

·         Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ motivation and suitability

·         Lead in project completion through partnering clients to source for best-fit candidates
