HSBC Intern at Investment Banking (3~6 months)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Execute live M&A and ECM transactions
- Assist in originating M&A and ECM deal opportunities
- Coverage of Korean clients across all industries
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in originating deals by drafting proposal presentations, conducting industry/company research, etc.
- Participate in and assist client on due diligence process
- Preparation of deal documentation such as teasers, information memorandums, process letters, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
- Understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and M&A process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
