Johnson & Johnson International Recruitment and Development Program (IRDP)
For more than 25 years, the Johnson & Johnson International Recruitment and Development Program (IRDP) has proven its value, both in accelerating the leadership potential of participants and in its support of the Johnson & Johnson global leadership strategy. IRDP prepares recent Master’s or MBA grads for leadership roles in our Asia-Pacific, Europe/ Middle East/Africa, and Latin America businesses.
Full-time eligibility – To be considered for full-time positions, applicants must either be completing their full-time MBA, Master’s, or PhD degree within the coming year or have already done so within the last 12 months. Three to five years of prior work experience, as well as permanent work authorization and language fluency for the country or countries of interest are also required.
FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITIES :
The 24-month program provides onboarding support and the potential for international training to participants before they assume full-time positions in the countries where they have permanent work authorization. IRDP helps Johnson & Johnson build a strong, diverse pipeline of emerging leaders for its global enterprise.
Internship eligibility – To be considered for internship positions, applicants must be in their first year of either a full-time MBA, Master’s, or PhD degree program and will be graduating after September 2014. Permanent work authorization and language fluency for the country or countries of interest are also required.
INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
The IRDP internship experience can provide an opportunity to apply academic concepts in a real-world setting on important projects within our companies. This 8 to 12-week program can also help you demonstrate your potential as you experience our work environment and culture firsthand. You’ll also have a chance to build your network of professional contacts.
