The Early Career Programme 세부 설명

-Relevant Experience: Two to four years of prior work experience in customer project management, sales, marketing, or finance within the telecom, IT, media or consulting sectors

Position Summary:

You will be joining OBS (Operational Support System & Business Support System) in Korea. OBS team in Korea's role is primary OBS business player for the Ericsson business stakeholder by proactively driving dialogue with the stakeholder on long, medium, and short-term topics to establish trust, manage expectations, build business Partnership and create value.
You will join the OBS team in Korea and base in Seoul where you will be working in a number of project assignments related to OBS to develop and deliver the range of OBS from Enterprise Management to Business Intelligence. You will also be part of an international network and gain overall business understanding and insight.

Our objective is to provide Efficient and Cost-effective OBS solution, Consulting and SI to Customer.



Major Responsibilities:

Perform Business Management
› Build transformation plan for BSS and OSS system.
› Measure the customer's benefit from OBS enhancement.
› Perform business stakeholder communication.
› Manage business stakeholder satisfaction reviews.
› Participate in projects as a project member and subject matter expert.
› Participate in the implementation of proposed solutions.
› Proactively seek improvements in the methods of delivery and portfolio development.
› Use customer feedback on technical, operational, strategic, legal and financial aspects to improve Ericsson offerings.

Perform Business Solution Management:

› Represent the Ericsson solution towards end-users.
› Manage business escalations related to OBS solutions.
› Define Business Requirement from Customer.
› Define business solution roadmap.
› Identify scopes and obtain customer commitment for sales opportunities.

Ideal Experience:

The ideal candidate will likely have the following experience/educational background:
· Master's degree in business administration or Finance/Marketing/Information Technology or similar


· Fluent English plus one other language


· Prior experience in ICT or related work environment
