Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day inquiries/requests from clients related to their products, coordinating internal resources, Sales, Product, Implementation, and the other teams, and strive to ensure they are satisfied with our services.
1. Receive and resolve phone and written (transactional or billing) inquiries from clients, correspondent banks, JPMC branches or customers.
2. Resolve customer inquiries received by the other customer service staff members where investigation must involve other departments.
3. Claim interest compensation on behalf of our customers for delay payments.
4. Liaise with our various operations hubs to ensure customers' inquiries are resolved to the satisfactory level.
5. Identify issues/risks, their root causes and resolve simple cases by themselves, and complex cases with support by Team Leader with suggested resolution to avoid the same in future.
Qualifications
- • University Graduates (or 1 - 2 years of work experience).
• Excellent Korean written and oral communication skills in a business capacity as well as proficiency in English.
• Highly competent in key MS Office applications
• Ability to understand and implement system/procedure/policy changes
• Strong sense of responsibility and team player.
• Basic financial knowledge
• Veterans' family member would be plus (보훈대상자 가산점 부여)
