1. 회사소개
Woori Global Markets Asia Limited (the “Company”) was incorporated in Hong Kong in February 2006. The Company is a 100% subsidiary of Woori Bank. The Company is Korea’s pioneer off-shore investment platform and received its Hong Kong Monetary Authority license in September 2006 and SFC licenses in September 2007. Working alongside a hand-picked team from Woori Bank’s IB team in Seoul.

- 모집부문 : IB Syndication, Debt Capital Markets(DCM)
- 계약형태 : Full-time position (The probationary period : 3 months)
- 인원 : IB Syndication 0명(Analyst, Associate), DCM 0 명(Associate, VP)
3. 담당업무
[ IB Syndication]
- Handle tasks related to Syndicated loan business (LBO, PF, Infra, Power, Structured Finance, etc.)
- Support business managers on deal execution and settlement
- Prepare credit proposals for credit committees at HQ and the company
- Prepare reports and documentation required by HQ and regulatory bodies
- Carry out other tasks and temporary assignments as required
[DCM]
- Handle tasks related to Debt Capital Markets(DCM)
- Support business managers on deal execution and settlement
- Review credits in the market and conduct Mark-To-Market reports
- Carry out other tasks and temporary assignments as required
4. 자격요건 및 우대사항
[자격요건]
- Korean (Native or fluent), English (Native or fluent)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Need to obtain a Hong Kong working visa (such as the TTPS, etc.)
- Must have no grounds for disqualification from employment under company internal regulations.
