What we offer:
As an Intern at LBBW's Credit Risk Management, you will gain hands-on experience in credit risk management by supporting Risk Managers in assessment of credit worthiness of the clients. You will also collaborate with colleagues across Asia-Pacific and Head Office in Germany. This position is 6 months full time internship including social insurance coverage.
Duration:
- 6-month full-time internship
- Complied with Minimum Wage Act / Expected start date : July 2026 (tentative)
What you will experience:
- Support assessment of Corporates & Institutional Banking financing requests for European Subsidiaries & Korean Large Local Corporates.
- Support administrative tasks arising from credit analysis and eventually perform overall financial analysis of clients.
- Support analysis on industry and market developments
- Update of regulatory reports.
- Cooperate with Relationship Managers, Products and Risk Management team in APAC or Head Office to arrange required credit lines.
- Perform Adhoc projects to support development of Credit Risk Management
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher, or currently pursuing a degree with expected graduation in 2H 2026 (or within 1–2 semesters)
- A relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- A sound understanding of basic accounting standards is a must
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities with flexibility
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges in a rapidly evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Fluency in both Korean and English
Work condition:
- Location: 22nd Fl. Seoul Finance Centre, #136 Sejongdaero, Jung-gu, Seoul
- Complied with Minimum Wage Act / Paid with covering social insurance.
