[Job Description]

- 소속부서 : Social & Advocacy Team (Contents & Communications Division 소속)

- 직무 내용

    1) 숏폼 콘텐츠 기획TikTok / Instagram Reels 중심 아이디어 제안 

    · 글로벌 트렌드 기반 기획 및 콘티 작성 

    · 브랜드 메시지·제품 스토리를 SNS형으로 재해석 

    2) 직접 촬영 & 출연 

    · 본인이 직접 출연하는 얼굴 기반 콘텐츠 촬영 

    · 스튜디오·모바일 환경에서 1인 제작 가능 

    · 제품 리뷰, 챌린지형, 정보형 등 다양한 포맷 제작 

    3) 영상 편집 

    · 모바일 또는 PC 편집 가능 

    · 텍스트 오버레이, 리듬 편집 등 숏폼 최적화 기술 

    · 최신 TikTok·Reels 음악 및 템포 반영 

    4) 소셜 트렌드 분석 

    · 글로벌 숏폼 트렌드 주간 리포트 작성 

    · 경쟁 브랜드·크리에이터 벤치마킹 

    · 밈(meme), 신규 포맷, 사운드 분석 

[Requirement]

- 대학 재학/휴학 중인 내·외국인 

- 영어 의사소통 가능자 필수

- 숏폼 제작 기획부터 편집까지 end-to-end 제작 경험 필수

[Assignment] (2건 모두 제출)

1) 본인이 직접 기획-촬영-출연-편집한 컨텐츠 링크 or 영상원본 제출

2) 닥터지 숏폼 샘플 영상 1편 제출

[Job Description]
End-to-end short-form content creation

    1) Short-form Content Planning

    · Generate ideas and plan short-form content focused on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

    · Develop concepts and create storyboards based on global trends.
    · Adapt brand messages and product stories for social media platforms.

    2) Shooting & On-screen Performance 

    · Shoot face-based content including self-appearance.

    · Produce content independently in studio and mobile settings.

    · Create content in various formats such as product reviews, challenges, and informational videos.

    3) Video Editing

    · Edit videos using mobile or PC tools.

    · Apply short-form optimized techniques such as text overlays and rhythm editing.

    · Incorporate trending TikTok/Reels music and tempo for optimized editing.

    4) Social Trend Analysis

    · Prepare weekly reports on global short-form trends.

    · Benchmark competitors and creators to extract actionable insights.

    · Analyze memes, new formats, and sound trends.

 [Requirement]

- Applicants with English proficiency or foreign residents in Korea. (University Students)

- Must have experience creating short-form content for TikTok/Instagram Reels.

- Able to handle the entire process: video planning, filming, on-screen performance, and editing.
- Capable of producing English-based informational content, including captions and narration.

[Assignment]  * Applicants must submit the following two pieces of content

1) Existing Content : A link or video file of content you have personally planned, filmed, appeared in, and edited.  

     (Link or video attachment required.)

2) Dr.G Short-form Sample Video

  - Duration: 15–30 seconds
  - Must feature Dr.G products or Dr.G brand-related content Personal on-screen appearance is required
  - Produced in TikTok/Reels format
