What will I be doing? Safety Labeling Quality Assurance 직무 업무 내용
-Review content on short-video platforms, select the most suitable labels for the content according to the policies in order to optimize the models; - Interpret and apply complex policies and guidelines to content by understanding the review policies and guidelines; - Identify improvement opportunities in workflow by using daily data analysis and suggest solutions; - Attention to details and provide timely feedback to team leaders. - Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.

Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
Our Safety Labeling Operations team supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children. The team plays a vital role in performing audits and identifying errors, and swiftly addressing them in time to ensure excellence in our moderation efforts.
Content that Safety Labeling Quality Assurance interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.
Qualifications
What should I bring with me?
Minimum Qualifications - You will come with Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience - Familiarity with internet laws and regulations, in particular reviewing online content; - Ability to speak and read Korean and English fluently; - Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role. - Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
Preferred Qualifications - Passionate about Internet entertainment/media space, mobile web video/content, and pop culture
What will I be doing? Eco Operations Quality Assurance 직무 업무 내용
-Responsible for the management of projects for the monitoring of content ecosystem across multiple products. -Proactively collaborate with cross-functional departments for project evaluation, resources coordination and subsequent works. -Evaluate project's operation status through data analysis and form up reports for global synchronization. -Regularly track and review project's progress and performance to continuously improve its workflow and stability.

Qualifications
What should I bring with me?
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or above preferred, short video product user. - Excellent language skills (fluent speaking in English and Korean to communicate with stakeholders) - In-depth contact with local customs and culture is highly sensitive to social news. - Possess strong learning ability, team management skills and cross-department communication. - Able to work under minimal supervision and have strong logic/ common sense related to job nature. - Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role. - Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
Preferred Qualifications - Overseas working / training is a plus. - Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, etc. With data processing experience and other data analysis capabilities are preferred. - Having experience of project management or relevant job can be a plus.
