… play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions as a Business Analyst at bolttech. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyse data, and deliver effective bolttech’s products and services.

• Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product development and business strategies.
• Collaborating with product managers to define product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Modeling and documenting existing products and business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
• Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Adhering to bolttech’s internal Policy and Guidelines and ensuring they are followed by our external partners, particularly on Reserving.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance or fintech industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English language requirement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite (e.g., Power Point, Excel, Word, MS Project) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Understanding of insurance concepts and products.
