2012 IBM Global Business Services 신입컨설턴트 공개채용

 

 

한국 IBM GBS 는 비즈니스 및 IT 컨설턴트를 희망하는 인재를 모집합니다. 본 공채의 특징은 Consulting by Degrees (CbD) 라는 GBS 만의 차별화된 Fast Track Leadership Program 으로써, 신입 컨설턴트들에게 특화된 육성 프로그램과 다양한 기회 제공을 통하여 조기에 Global Leader를 양성하는 것이 목적입니다.

*채용설명회 일정: 6월 20일(수) LG-POSCO관 208호, 오후 4~6시

 

 

1. 입사 : 2012년 9월 3일

2. 수습 4 개월 : 2012년 9월 ~ 12월

•      집중적인 기본 컨설팅 교육 (30일)

•      프로젝트 OJT (90일)

3. 정규직 전환 (100%) : 2013년 1월 1일

•      비지니스 컨설턴트

•      IT 컨설턴트

4. CbD Program : 4 단계 (24+ month)

•      Step 1: Foundation

•      Step 2: Breadth

•      Step 3: Specialization

•      Step 4: Graduation

 

* 본 프로그램은 인턴쉽이 아닌 IBM GBS 신입컨설턴트 채용입니다.

 

Consulting by Degrees Program 모집영역:

1.      Business Consulting

•      Financial Services Sector

•      Strategy & Transformation

2.      Information Technology Consulting

•      Application Integration Services

•      Enterprise Applications

•      Business Analytics & Optimization

 

자격요건

•      4년제 대학 이상 졸업자 또는 2012년 8월 졸업 예정자 (학사 또는 석사)

•      9월 3일부터 Full-time 으로 서울 근무 가능자

•      공인 영어성적 보유자 (서류접수 마감일 기준 2년 이내 유효성적에 한함)

•      업무 수행을 위한 영어의사소통이 가능한 수준 (Verbal & Written Communication)
 - 별도의 영어시험 실시 예정 (Speaking and Writing Test)

•      병역필 또는 면제자로 해외여행에 결격사유가 없는 자

 

자격우대

•      Business Consulting 영역: 전공 불문
- 회계학, 경영학, 경제학, 산업공학, 통계학 선호

•      IT Consulting 영역: 전공 불문
- 컴퓨터공학, 정보통신학, 경영정보, Business Technology 선호

•      컨설팅 인턴쉽 경험

•      영어시험: 2012년 7월 10일~13일 (서류전형 합격자에 한함, 해외대학생 제외)

•      면접전형: 2012년 7월 22일 (영어시험 합격자에 한함)

•      제출서류: 이력서, 자기소개서, 에세이 (자세한 내용은 상기 채용공고 사이트 참조)

•      입사일자:  2012년 9월 3일
