<채용정보> Business Development Manager (과장급)
<담당업무> Build up a solid sales pipeline
- Build up solid sales pipelines for serviced offices.
- Conduct effective and professional sales presentations with potential clients.
- Handle sales negotiations and successfully closes sales transaction.
- Records sales inquiries and other necessary data and prepares report for marketing information or follow-up.
- Formulates marketing ideas joint marketing programs.
- Monitor market conditions and acts accordingly to sales leads and business opportunities.
- Executing advertising and marketing activities and other duties and required
<자격조건>
- Degree in Business or related disciplines, MBA would be a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written English, must also be fluent in written and spoken Korean.
- 3-5 years sales experience.
- Able to engage in professional dialogue with clients, ability to negotiate and close sales transactions.
- Working experience with strong network in any of these industries
– Commercial Real Estate/Financial/Hotel/Conference/Headhunter
- Exposure to real estate sector and sales team management is a bonus
- Possess good quality client contacts and network
- A self-motivated, dynamic individual with strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills
