콘텐츠 심사 전문가는 폭력, 동물 학대, 혐오 표현, 폭력적 극단주의, 착취, 아동학대 등의 유해한 콘텐츠로부터 모든 유저를 보호하기 위한 업무를 지원합니다.
What will I be doing?
- 동영상 플랫폼에 업로드된 콘텐츠의 안전성과 법적 기준 준수를 보장합니다.
- 틱톡 온라인 커뮤니티의 보안을 위한 기준의 개발, 개선 및 관리를 담당합니다.
- 숏폼 비디오 플랫폼의 콘텐츠 관리 전략을 개선하는 업무를 지원합니다.
- 내부 정책을 위반하는 컨텐츠에 적시에 대응할 수 있도록 연관 부서와 협력합니다.
Qualifications
-한국어 능통 (말하기, 읽기, 쓰기), 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력, 빠른 적응력을 가지신 분
-영어로 업무를 수행하는 데 큰 지장이 없으신 분 (중상급 이상)
-글로벌/지역 시사와 관련된 문화적 민감성과 이해력을 갖추신 분. 인터넷 법과 규정, 특히 온라인 콘텐츠 리뷰 경력자 우대
-디테일에 강하며 높은 업무 기준을 유지하려는 열정을 가지신 분
-끈기를 가지고 효율적이고 정확하게 반복되는 데일리 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분
-숏폼 비디오 플랫폼을 적극 사용하고 관심이 많으신 분
-BPO/콜센터/고객 서비스 경력자 우대
-시프트 교대 근무가 가능하신 분
