Buco Company(㈜부코컴퍼니) is a fast growing private equity company targeting mid-market buyout opportunities. We are seeking to hire capable interns having keen interests in private equity and M&A.
Job Description
Assist overall execution of corporate investment projects
Conduct valuation analysis including DCF, comparable analysis, and investment return analysis
Construct evaluation materials such as teaser and information memorandum
Participate fund raising activities
Manage portfolio companies
Requirement
Must have strong interests in private equity, M&A, and corporate finance
Must have strong quantitative analysis skills
CFA, CPA(or AICPA), or other relevant qualifications preferred
English preferred
