Role Summary
In this role you will work as part of the Aon Hewitt to deliver client engagements in the area of Total Compensation Design and Benchmarking.
You will conduct projects focusing on compensation surveys, job documentation/analysis. There will be high and frequent contact with clients. You are expected to perform most responsibilities
independently.
You will work with clients in Korea on projects which will encompass:
Compensation benchmarking – Industry, Custom Surveys, TCM
Compensation and Benefits Design
Key Responsibilities
Conduct data collection and synthesis of information.
Perform quantitative and qualitative studies using various tools.
Create client deliverables including creating reports which involves interpreting and presenting
results to clients.
Create and monitor project plans.
Identify selling opportunities through client interactions and take action upon them.
Collaborate in analyzing industry trends/insights, competitive practices to enable research based
selling
Develop proposals and contribute to new product development/customization of existing
Preferred Requirements
Relevant compensation experience is key advantage
Bachelor’s Degree in Labor or HR related, Accounting, Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics, or
General Business or equivalent experience. Master’s Degree/MBA is preferred.
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and intermediate knowledge of Access or other
advanced tools.
