IMM Investment the Global Value Creation team within Growth Equity Investment
2. DESCRIPTION
IMM Investment Corp. is looking to hire a research analyst to join the Global Value Creation team within Growth Equity Investment Division. The research analyst will assist senior professionals identifying investment opportunities (Bolt-on specific) in private and public companies spanning with focus on AgTech(e.g., Smart Farm) and F&B industries through financial analysis, valuation, modeling and industry analysis, supporting Investment Committee papers, in addition to any other presentation materials. The position provides an excellent opportunity for the candidate to work alongside with Growth Equity team members to support portfolio investments.
3. QUALIFICATIONS
– Relevant experience in global Investment Banking, Private Equity or Consulting
– Demonstrated knowledge of financial markets
– Strong financial modeling skills
– Strong analytical, quantitative and research aptitude
– Proficiency in power point & excel
– Good interpersonal and communications skills
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize time sensitive work
– High level of professionalism
