[업무내용]
Job Description:
1. Primary responsibilities include processing customer orders within our in-house ERP system
2. Customer communications will include updates order status, shipment scheduling, RMA, shippers and reports for internal and external customers
3. Cross-Functional Team Coordination
4. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results while managing multiple projects and operational tasks
5. Experience working with CRM systems
6. Cordial and professional communication skills through email and phone

Requirements:
1. University degree.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience.
3. Customer service skills.
4. Interactive communication skill with customers.
5. Make report (POS, payment, inventory, shortage..etc.) on time.
6. Familiar with MS office/outlook softwares.
7. Good English communication ability in reading, writing and speaking.
8. Quick learner, kind attitude and supportive mind to customers.
9. Order management and follow up delivery status.
