HR Operations Specialist

 

Ÿ   Reporting to : HR Operations Team Lead

Ÿ   Employment Type : Permanent

Ÿ   Required years of experience : Fresh Graduate ~ up to 2 years

Ÿ   Location : Seoul, S.Korea

 

Main Responsibilities

 

To attract, retain and motivate high quality employees, this position needs to define a fair, equitable and competitive compensation and benefit operation. This position should develop a consistent compensation philosophy while compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation. It also needs to manage HRIS to support HR analytics to enhance our company’s profile as best place to work.

 

Ÿ   Payroll related process management (40%)

 

Lead monthly and yearly payroll, statutory requirements and tax process including year-end tax settlement

Collaborate with payroll and tax vendors to ensuring 100% target delivery per agreed KPIs

Prepare and deliver government required reports related to the payroll

Prepare internal reports and support periodic audits as needed by collaborating with Finance/Accounting

Support line managers and employees on any payroll related policies and processes questions

 

Ÿ   Compensation & Benefit Operation (40%)

 

Execute annual/monthly benefit programs on a timely manner including employee communication (Statutory severance pay/Retirement pension, Leave, Cafeteria benefit point, Medical check-up, Group insurance, etc.)

Monitor benefit vendors and optimize overall benefit operation management

Support Annual Merit Review / Short term incentive operation

Support Compensation policy and guideline design and implementation

Support participating in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing payrates and benefits

Handle other administrative works regarding C&B

 

Ÿ   HRIS & HR Analytics (20%)

 

Manage HRIS processes aligned with HQ HRIS guidance

Support HR Analytical report generation and contribute business decision making

Job Requirements

Qualifications

 

Ÿ   Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

 

Under 2 years of experience in payroll field is preferred

Working experience as an intern or contract in HR Admin part is also welcomed

Experience in collaborating with external vendors is preferred

Good English skill

Basic Accounting knowledge

Structured thinking and process oriented

Self-motivated, passionate to work and dedicated to continuous improvement and growth

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment

Education / Trainings ;

 

Bachelor's degree or above

Major in Human Resources or related professional field is preferred
