Job Description

1. Support Deal Sourcing on Korean Quasi-Government, Corp, FI & Global Quasi-Government, Corp, FI for Korean & Global Investors for Debt(Main) & Equity Fund Raising or Plain Vanilla Debt, CAPEX, M&A, Infra Financing, Ship Financing, ECA Financing, Green & ESG Financing

2. Preparing IM(Information Memo with Disclaimer on the Credit Approval of the Investors)

3. Supporting Investors on KYC & AML process, Credit Q&A with Clients(Borrower or Issuer)

4. Preparing Term Sheet for the Syndicated Financing offer

5. Supporting Facility Agreement & Registration Statement preparation, collaborating with Korean & Global Lawfirm to support Investors

6. Support CAPEX, PF, Green Financing document collection & Registration for fund Raising

7. Regularly Checking the investment appetite from Korean & Global Bank & Non Bank FI Investors

8. Supporting Big Financing as advising the trendy financing for the Issuer & Borrower

9. Client Meeting & Conference Call for Financial Advisory & Syndication Pitching and Arrangement

Qualification

1. Sounding Personality with Strong Academic Background in Finance, Accounting, Law, Tax(SKY or & Global Top 20 Bachelor - However, if confident in work capability with enough passion, bachelor degree from under Top Criteria can be considered.)

2. Very Fluent or Native like English, Korean, Chinese

3. Hungry on learning, career management on Global IB

4. 2-10years credit background from Korean & Global FI Credit & Equity Analyst, PF Team, Syndication Team, Banking, Accounting FAS, Relationship Manager for Big Corporate, FI, Global Clients

=> Entry Level staff can be also considered if the internship background from global IB or potential qualification has been well equipped. (The reference will be checked.)

5. Excellent Investment Memo Document Preparation Capability with Accuracy using MS-Office & Financial Modeling Job Capability

6. In-Depth Expertise on Corporate Finance Proposal(Bilateral & Syndicated Loan & Bond & Fund)

7. KICPA, CFA, Lawyer License will be also a plus factor.

This division will be under the leadership of a senior global banker with a successful career. Since a new division will be set-up, new joiners can enjoy promising faster career management after the contributions are to be appreciated .

3rd round: Interview with Business Head

4th round: Interview with HR(For the document Collection & Admin Support) & CEO(When if the staff level is very junior, CEO interview might be skipped.)

5th round: Signing for the Contract
