[업무내용]

Responsibilities

1. Manage in-app trending user generated content (UGC) by import creators to the platform and help them grow to fit in the community.

2. Organize trending UGC events through in-app operation tools to boom up community content creations.

3. Collaborate with external partners to help develop platform driven events, as well as increase platform awareness in public market.

4. Collaborate with XFN members to promote UGC creators, and help them monetize.

[지원자격]

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree and above, with minimum 2 years of experience in creator management field.

2. High level of understanding in the online streaming video market, creator related experiences are preferred.

3. High level of understanding in the platform operation field.

4. Have a deep understanding in data analysis and management skills.

5. Strong logical thinking ability, self-learning ability and creative mind.

6. Korean is mandatory, English as working proficiency is preferred.
