Recruiting Information Product Solution (IPS) Consultant   

Position Overwiew

The IPS Consultant will contribute to the development of consistent, high-quality and

market-leading  HR information and related consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct and design the annual Total Remuneration Surveys and specific regional

 survey operarions

* Develop effective marketing materials for existing and prospective IPS products.

* Maintain existing and develop new strong professional reationships with the client.

* Carry out complex analysis projects and act as a coordinator for multi-country

assignments

Requirements

* A Bachelor's degree in business or other related areas; relevant Master's degree preferred

* Minimum 3-5 years of client-facing experience

( e.g. HR, consulting, employee benefits, etc.)

* Solid understanding of Compensation & Benefits trends of companies in Korea

* Superior analytical and communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and take ownership for work, while

challenging existing practices and conventional thinking

* Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Korean
