Position: Strategy & Planning Manager in Tencent’s Korea Office
Job Responsibilities:
· Formulate and drive strategic plans for Tencent Korea
· Conduct rigorous strategic/financial research and analysis regarding online gaming market, industry trends and major players
· Produce periodic reports on industry trends and competitor information for senior management and partner companies
· Coordinate sourcing contract management
· Manage relations with headquarters and partner companies
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, finance, or a related field; Advanced degree is a plus
· Fluency in Korean and English is a must, Mandarin Chinese is a plus
· At least 2 years of professional work experience working in teams, Online gaming sector experience is a plus
· Demonstrated experience in conducting strategic/financial analysis, developing strategic plans and conducting monitoring and evaluation
· Strong interpersonal and networking skills and the capacity to develop and maintain strong relationships within the organization and with external stakeholders
· Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for success and ability to cope with uncertainty
· Flexibility to work in a fast paced multi-cultural environment
· Willingness to travel extensively (particularly between Korea and China)
