Esprit, the GSK global MBA programme can put you on an accelerated track to leadership. And, there’s a lot more to the programme than you might expect. So how does it all work?

• You’ll spend four years on a fast-track development programme, working your way towards a senior country management team role
• Beginning in your home country, you will have a global assignment on every other rotation
• Through several challenging global secondments, you’ll gain exposure to high profile assignments
• Working in a number of overseas markets, you’ll develop a broad global business perspective, and significantly build on your commercial experience and existing knowledge
• Every step of the way we’ll provide you with focused development, training and support to help you achieve your greatest potential

To be considered for the Esprit Programme, you’ll need:

• An MBA, and a passion for a new challenge
• A demonstrable track record of delivering significant value to enhance a business
• A strong and unwavering sense of commercial awareness
• Evidence of how you’ve made an impact through strategic decision-making
• The desire to develop a career in general management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Fluency in your native language (home country) along with English (written and spoken)
• Flexibility, adaptability and mobility
