TCK Investment Management - Analyst Opportunity
Opportunity:
Dynamic position to work as an analyst with a team of professionals at a growing boutique investment management firm with international presence. The firm specializes in tailoring sophisticated investment portfolios for a prestigious client base through global asset allocation and alternative investments.
Job Description:
Analyst's responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
1. Assist in analyzing and monitoring complex multi-manager portfolio of investments composed of various asset classes including global equity funds, fixed income funds and direct investments, hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds and commodities in global markets (the United States of America, Europe, Japan, China, emerging markets, and other geographies) and the Korean market;
2. Engage in generating and processing presentations and other materials to prospective clients and clients on the firm's services and portfolio;
3. Work with senior professionals to write reports to clients about their investment portfolio performance, asset allocation and risk levels;
4. Participate in conducting research on various investment funds and fund strategies including monitoring the performance and risk level of each fund manager and the portfolio as a whole (including analyzing exposures to certain sectors and/or countries) and author risk and volatility analysis reports for internal and client use; and
5. Support senior professionals of the firm in other general client, investment and operational matters as necessary.

... 1. Undergraduate degree from a top school (pre-MBA position)
2. Strong financial analysis skills, problem solving abilities and computer competency
3. Excellent time management and communication skills
4. Proactive, decisive, ability to manage multiple responsibilities with sense of ownership
5. Some experience in asset management, hedge funds, private equity, finance or investment banking a plus
6. Fluent in English and Korean (spoken and written)
